Meet Coach Channing
Channing is the proud co-owner of CHILL-Fit. She specializes in lifestyle transformations, physique development and nutrition coaching for women of all backgrounds and ages.
A WBFF Pro Bikini Diva, ex-NCAA cheerleader, NASM certified professional trainer and Precision Nutrition LV1 certified coach, Channing brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise to the CHiLL FiT family.
Channing was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she was always an athlete growing up. She did everything from softball to track but ultimately fell in love with cheerleading. She became a competitive cheerleader and competed at the national level for 10 years. It was here where her true passion for nutrition and fitness began to emerge.
Channing became a fitness and nutrition coach in 2016 and made the transition to online coaching to better service her athletes from around the world.
In December 2019, she began her journey into competitive bodybuilding by joining The Tulum Strength Club where she was coached and mentored by transformation specialist Michelle McDonald. Under Michelle’s guidance, Channing was able to further expand her expertise in mindset preparation, bodybuilding and flexible dieting.
Channing made her amateur debut at her first bodybuilding show on the WBFF Entertainment stage in November 2020, where she took first place in the Bikini category and earned her Pro card. Since turning pro, she has continued to compete in WBFF shows; most recently placing 4th place at the Orlando International PRO/AM in 2022.
